Here's the way this will go down: After your warranty expires, your high efficiency blower motor will stop working without notice.
Look at my pictures above. Does your blower motor look like my pictures? Does your blower motor say GE on it? TURN OFF ALL POWER GOING TO THE FURNACE BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT TO WORK ON IT!
Before you order from me, please make sure of the following:1.You have a blower motor that says GE on it.2. You have a "black hubcap" attached to the motor.3. Remove the two screws from the top of the "black hubcap".4.The "hubcab" will now come apart from the motor.& Unplug the wiring harness between the motor and the "hubcap". Look in the center of the hubcap. There will probably be a burnt spot. There is a round black part that is the size of a quarter. It is probably brittle and is probably broken. That is your blown part. That is the part you need. It has number 379 on the part. That is the part that GE or your furnace manufacturer will not sell you. That is the part that I am going to send to you.
